At ZAFYRY, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy as described below:

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Product Conditions

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care items, jewelry, and intimate wear cannot be returned.

• Returns will not be accepted for items purchased on promotion or sale.

3. Return Process

• Contact us at info@zafyry.com with your order number, reason for return, and images of the product in good condition.

• You will receive return instructions by email.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products or wrong items sent.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.

• Refunds may take 7 to 15 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Defective Products

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.

• In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations can be requested before the item has been shipped.

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
